Generate a shareable link and send it directly to your client (your customer's contact). They receive a clean, professional form where they can review, fill in, or correct the reference details — without needing a Hublyd account.
The client fills and validates their reference
Your client reviews the information, adds any context they want to include, and confirms accuracy. This ensures the reference reflects what they are comfortable sharing — and increases the quality of the data.
A written agreement is generated and signed
Hublyd automatically generates a written agreement between the two parties based on the reference content and the agreed visibility level. The client signs electronically. The agreement is stored and tracked inside the application.
Send back for revision if needed
If your marketing team edits the reference later — new metrics, updated wording, expanded scope — you can send it back to the client with one click for re-validation. The amendment flow is as simple as the original.
Three visibility levels — one for every situation
Not every reference can be treated the same. Hublyd lets you define the exact scope of use for each one, agreed upon with the client and enforced by the authorization agreement.
This reference will not be shared or used outside Hublyd. It is visible to your team only — for internal knowledge, onboarding, or AI chat queries — and will never appear in any external output, deck, or post.

Your reference may be used and promoted for presentations, meetings, marketing, sales, and other uses as needed. LinkedIn posts, case studies, website features, press mentions — all covered. The signed agreement confirms the client's full approval.
