How does the AI search work in Hublyd?

Hublyd's AI search lets you describe what you need in plain language, for example, a reference in the industrial sector, European company, similar size to my prospect, and surfaces the most relevant customer stories from your database instantly. You can also filter by industry, geography, company size, technology, or any custom field you have defined.

What types of content can Hublyd generate?

From a single customer reference, Hublyd can generate: a localized PowerPoint or PDF slide deck using your branded template, a LinkedIn post, and AI-powered conversations based on your references, letting you chat with your own data to surface insights, prepare for a meeting, or craft the right pitch in seconds.

How does multilingual support work?

Hublyd supports a wide range of languages. When you generate a slide deck or social post, you can output it in virtually any language through on-the-fly AI translation. Your references can also be stored in multiple languages simultaneously depending on your plan, so your entire library stays accessible to global teams.

Can I customize my reference database?

Yes. Hublyd does not impose a fixed structure. Each team designs their own reference database, choosing the fields that matter for their business: industry, technology stack, geography, deal size, use case, or anything else. The AI search and content generation then work on top of that custom structure.

Can I import my existing customer references?

Yes. Hublyd supports multiple import methods: you can import from XLS or CSV files, mapping your columns to your custom fields. You can also import directly from an existing presentation, where each slide becomes a reference in your library. If you are starting fresh, you design your fields and build your library progressively. Hublyd grows with you.

Is Hublyd secure? Where is my data stored?

Hublyd is designed in compliance with ISO 27001 principles. Your data is protected with secure encryption, controlled key management, and safeguards against unauthorized access. The platform runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure with data hosted in Europe. Hublyd does not use your customer references to train AI models.

Does Hublyd integrate with our CRM?

Hublyd currently operates as a standalone platform with CSV and XLS import for bringing in references. Native CRM integrations are on the roadmap. In the meantime, references can be pulled from any source via import and enriched directly in the platform.

How does Hublyd handle client consent and reference authorization?

Hublyd includes a full consent management workflow. You can generate a public link and send it directly to your client, who fills in or validates the reference themselves without a Hublyd account. A written agreement is then generated between both parties and signed electronically, stored and tracked in the application. If the reference changes, you can send it back for re-validation in one click. Each reference also has a visibility level: Confidential (strictly internal), Restricted (presentations and meetings only, not for public social networks), or Public (fully authorized for all uses including marketing and LinkedIn).

How much does Hublyd cost?

Hublyd offers 4 plans, all billed per seat per month: Kick-Off (free, 50 references, 1 template, limited AI chatbot); Warm Up (paid, 500 references, unlimited deck generations, 2 stored languages, AI search and social posts included); Podium (paid, unlimited references, 5 languages, multiple libraries, map view, all AI features unlimited); Champion (enterprise, custom limits and dedicated support). Annual billing saves up to 17%.

Is there a free plan? What are its limits?

Yes. The Kick-Off plan is permanently free. It includes up to 50 customer references, 1 deck template, unlimited standard search, CSV and XLS import, and a limited AI Reference Chat (5 questions). AI-powered deck generation with custom language costs 0.50€ per generation, and LinkedIn posts cost 0.50€ each. No credit card required to start.
