With over 30 years of experience in the high-tech software industry, Fabien's expertise is rooted at the core of the machine: as a software engineer. This technical foundation—built on development and complex systems—defines his approach, allowing him to navigate the evolution of software from the first lines of code to global executive leadership.
His career is deeply tied to the ARC Informatique (PcVue) group, where he operates as an Executive Board Member and leads high-stakes business development across North America and Europe. As CEO of the PcVue SRL Italian office, he oversees the local strategy and P&L. This dual perspective allows him to sit on both sides of the table: as the engineer building the solution and the sales leader expert in proving its value.
Beyond the technical world, Fabien is driven by a deep passion for people and authentic connection. For him, technology is simply a bridge to strengthen human relationships. He draws much of this philosophy from rugby, a sport he has played for years and still enjoys today for the pure pleasure of the game. On the field, he finds the values of solidarity, commitment, and teamwork that he applies to his professional projects every day.

He co-created Hublyd to bridge this gap. By combining his engineering precision with his marketing expertise and team spirit, he transformed a recurring pain point into a data-driven SaaS engine. Hublyd ensures that raw data is transformed into a strategic sales tool, delivering the right success story to the right prospect at the right time.
